This has worked as described for removal of my tattoo; however, I stress the importance of following the instructions! Once you go through a painful 1st pass over the area, you will notice it doesn't hurt going over the area as much immediately after. DON'T be tempted to over do it. I burned myself unknowingly... looked fine as I went over the area 3 or 4 times.. but the next day the blisters appeared, and deep, in that area. Took 3+ weeks to heal and a lot of discomfort. Just do one slow paced pass over all areas and be done with the session.

I used it to remove several moles(small to medium sizes) on both arms. It was very easy to use and effective! All the moles didn't have deep roots so I didn't observe obvious scars after the scabs went away. I strongly recommend everyone who just gets the machine, to practice several times on paper or cloth or other things of the different settings. Don't start with high frequency since it might burn too deep and get you scars! I am satisfied with this purchase!

I want to stress how important it is to be careful while using this. Read directions and watch videos. I’ve only completed a couple sessions thus far and am pleased by the results. I can tell this is going to take some time, so patience is needed.
