How do laser and photorejuvenation treat enlarged pores?

  1. Carbon dioxide fractional laser therapy

  * Wash your face first;

  * and apply Licaine Gel to the area to be treated;

  *Start the treatment after adjusting the value to the appropriate parameter value;

  *After treatment, apply antibiotic ointment, EGF repair factor and MEBO to the patient’s skin burn, every 2 to 3 hours for a day.

  2. IPL photorejuvenation

The patient’s facial complexion is white at 560nm; the facial complexion is yellowish or darker, and the wavelength is 590nm. Select three pulses for hole reaming, the pulse energy is 22~24J/cm2, the pulse width is 3.2~5.2ms, and the delay pulse time is 22ms

  *At the beginning of the treatment, the patient needs to perform a spot test in front of the ear, and observe the spot after 10 minutes.

  *Adjust the energy parameters according to the site conditions.

  *After the treatment, remove the cold gel from the face.

  *A course of treatment is five times, once every other month.

  *After treatment, topical humanoid collagen dressing was applied once a day for 5 consecutive days.

  *Keep the surgical area clean and dry for 7 days after treatment, and avoid UV exposure and harsh foods for 30 days. Pay attention to strict sun protection, whether after fractional laser or photon rejuvenation, wear masks, sunglasses, and sun hats when going out. Antibiotic ointment should be given if necessary to prevent infection.
